Getting To Samui

     The first step of the journey is to get a ticket from your local airport to Bangkok, Thailand (Code BKK). Second step you have to decide how to travel from Bangkok to Koh Samui (Code USM).

• Domestic air-travel directly Bangkok - Koh Samui
  The direct flights From Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) to Samui by Bangkok Airways and  Thai Airways.

• Domestic air-travel to Surat Thani (Code URT) followed by bus/ferry transfer to Koh Samui. The flights From Bangkok (Donmuang Airport) to Surat Thani by Bangkok Airways and One to go and From Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) to Surat Thani by Thai Air asia.

• Night-train to Surat Thani (10 hours), followed by bus/ferry transfer to Koh Samui At Bangkok railway station (Hua Lamphong) you will find a color marked ticket counter on the left side of the counters. There you can by the combined tickets. You can choose your mode of transportation - 1st or 2nd class, seat or sleeper (recommended) and Ac or fan.

• Air-conditioned bus from Bangkok to Koh Samui (12 hours) Low fare. If You come from Bangkok, They (almost) all travel by night. And journey lasts generally 10-12 hours.

• By Boat : There are two companies provide sea transfer from Surat Thani (Donsak Pier):
  -  Seatran Ferry departure from Donsak Peir arrival at Nathon peir.
  -  Raja Ferry deaparture from Donsak Pier arrival at Lipanoi pier.
